A buying tour is an immersive program that combines real estate education, property exploration, and investment opportunities in an emerging market, allowing participants to learn, have fun, and discover potential properties for purchase.

Out of state investing is not easy and it can be risky.  This program removes those obstacles as we assist you every step of the way. The key to this program is the location, but probably even more, the resources and training we provide. This can take you many years to accumulate and curate, which we’ve already done, therefore allowing you to focus on running your real estate business instead of trying to develop it.

The buying tour takes participants on a 4-day journey where they learn about real estate investing, explore an emerging market, and have the opportunity to discover and evaluate potential properties for purchase.

The key to your success will come from the assistance and resources Tim will provide to you (which took over 5 years to create).

A typical Itinerary:
Day 1: is travel day. You will need to fly to our location (unless you are close enough to drive), and book your hotel/Airbnb. We will meet at 7pm at our real estate office and have a welcome presentation which will show you the market and locations and overview of why this is one of the best growing real estate market on the country.
Day 2: we will meet after breakfast and take a bus tour to see the area. This will be a very specific tour to see the sights and especially see the neighborhoods we believe in for future growth. Lunch will be at a restaurant and during lunch we will have a presentations from some of our local business resources (insurance, Title Co, contractors, etc). In the afternoon we will introduce you to our local, have picked, real estate brokers who we will pair you up with. This afternoon will be an opportunity to see properties and learn more about the market from a local.
Day 3: we will take another bus tour to see more property and locations. Tim will always be available for questions along these rides. This day will be exciting as we often see offers written on day 3. Tim will be available for mentoring on property selection, pricing, how to finance, rehabs needed, etc. In the evening we will have a nice dinner together and discuss the market and deals. We will have more resources present to you from our selection of best local businesses partners.
Day 4: we will have the morning to see properties with your realtors and/or work with Tim on making a deal.
We will have lunch and by the afternoon most of us will be traveling back to the airport to fly home.
